Too-Ashu pass is located 135 km from Bishkek city, on the highway, which is connecting the northern and the southern largest citys of the country. The altitude of the pass is 3400 m. high.
The road in this place is really breathtaking, and before your eyes opens indescribable mountain scenery. It is very windy here, and the mountains are covered with ice caps all year round. The air in the pass is uniquely fresh and clean, and every person inhaling it understands that such air he never breath in. On the southern slope of the Too-Ashu there situated a ski resort popular among skiers and snowboarders in winter season. And after descending the pass begins Suusamyr Valley.
